Always happy in life. Some tips

If you want to always be happy in life then remember these things



Although life is very beautiful, there are very few people in the world who know how to live life, who know the beauty of it. Most of them spend their lives crying and in misery.  If you do these things daily in your life, then your life will be filled with happiness.

  1. Every day walk some minutes.
  2. Every day sit some minutes silent. 
  3. Eat more of fruits. 
  4. Tea and Coffee instead to drink milk or green tea. 
  5. Always try to laugh and help for other people. 
  6. Life is very short.so,always forgive or love other. 

1. Every day walk 15 to 45 minutes.


 Walk for 15 to 45 minutes daily, when you walk, then there should be happiness on your face, happiness in your mind.

2. Every day sit some minute Silent.


 Sitting with yourself in quiet 15 or more minutes every day. When you wake up in the morning pray to the divine, make your day beautiful and beautiful and give them the right motive.

3. Eat more of fruits. 


 Eat more of the fruit which is found on the trees, which is made in factories, it is not just the product but the diet.  The more light you eat the green fruit, the more energy will remain in you.

4. Tea and coffee Instead to drink milk or green tea. 


 Instead of tea, coffee, drink milk or green tea, eat things that improve your health, the better your help, the better your world will be.

5. Always try to laugh and help for other. 


 Everyday you make 3 people laugh. When someone is happy because of you, your life also looks beautiful.  Do not waste your time and power on negative things. Do not indulge in misbehaving others, but invest your time and power in positive things.

6. Life is very short .So,Always forgive or love other. 

 Life is very short, so spend it not in hating people, in forgiving people and in loving people.

 Do not make yourself more serially live by making life easier. Do not think about everything from the heart. Live, Enjoy life.
